Beyond her work in real estate, Barbara is the founder and operator of "Bailee's Closet", a non-profit clothing charity that provides free clothing and shoes to children and families in need in the Kansas City Metropolitan area and beyond. She is also actively involved with the Starfish Project Foundation as a Board Member which allows her to give back to her community and make a difference in the lives of those around her.
